Tripp Crosby. . . has joined the meeting. Beth… has joined the meeting. Hello? Tyler? No, this is Beth, from ICS.
Oh, hey, Beth. How are you doing? Oh, yeah, good. Makin’
it, you know. Tyler. . . has joined the meeting. Alright,
well, uhh, this is Tripp. Who’s here? Tyler’s here. Beth’s here.
OK, well, the purpose of today’s meeting is to discuss the, uhh. . .
Yeah, I’ll be able to do it in, like, thirty minutes. John. . . has joined the meeting.
Hi, John. Hi. I was just trying to go over the purpose of
today’s meeting, which is to discuss the delivery of. . .
Tyler. . . has joined the meeting. Sorry, guys, I got cut off. Is Paul here? I sent
him an invite. Put in your access code! No, no, that’s
your PIN number! It should be a nine-digit number!
Try pressing the pound key. Paul. . . has joined the meeting.
Any questions before we move on? Yes, this is Beth.
What’s our best plan of attack for the second quarter?
I think what we should do. . . The question actually. . . Go ahead! Go ahead!
Well, I think what we should really do is diversify, because. . .
Well, it actually depends on how you really look at it, because the really com…
Go ahead. Go ahead. Well, given sales. . . Well, lemme just say. . . OK.
That’s a great graph, John. Uhmm . . . Tyler? Well, my main concern with (…) the projections
for (…) year (…) was that they’re insufficient. I mean, they’re not even taking into account
the. . . Did we, uhmm, did we lose Tyler again?
Hello? John, uhmm, are you guys taking distributions?
John? My bad. I was on mute. Lemme, lemme let me
start over. So, I’ve prepared a presentation. I’m
sharing it with all of you. You should be able to see it on your screen right now.
Got it! I don’t see a link anywhere.
It says I need to download a plug-in. We are all using Macs, I’m assuming?
Yeah. Yup. How can you. . . uhnn.
Finances are looking great. Paul, do you have any comments on staffing?
I was thinking about that, because if we get a few more contractor types in. . .
Hold on for a second. Rex, get down! I feel like when . . . tighten that up, and
I . . . For me, staffing is a huge. . .
What is that?! Is that me?
That’s not me, I don’t think. I just want to go over a couple of details
as we move into our next section here. We got three new departments coming on. . . Breakin’
up a little bit, guys. . . .by the end of Q3, so I need everyone
to give me detailed evaluations each month . .
. . . Driving through a dead spot so that we know. . .
Sorry, guys. That’s it, guys. Beth, you’ll send out
a recap email that could have basically taken the place of this whole meeting, correct?
Yup! Always do. Thanks for doing that, Beth.
Dave! You been here
the whole time? Yeah. Ah.
Well, thanks everyone, once again. Oh, one more thing. . .
Hello! I am Rebecca a photographer with 10 years experience If you ask what equipment is used most I believe most people will answer cell phone Nowadays, people seldom bring a camera with them Using cell phone is the most convenient choice So I will share some creative tricks to shoot with cell phones The result will not worse than camera The first trick Have you seen some photos looks especially fantastic like there is a fog in front of the phone It makes the model looks like a fairy I saw someone share a trick before That is applying vaseline on the surface of UV lens Other than this method A better way to do this is using the cellophane Buy a large piece of cellophane and cut a small piece out The cellophane can be used multiple times Place the cellophane in front of the phone Soft focus is produced If the weather is cloudy like today The photos will be hazy We use one hand to hold the cellophane to control the intensity of blocking Then, we will compare the effect of camera The effect of cell phone is not bad at all It has similar effect of camera very close Let me tell you a secret This trick works even better for night scene The second trick is using phone screen reflection Place another phone in front of the phone to adjust the angle When the angle is fit, you will get this effect Just like the sky mirror The reflect angle is quite difficult to control Be patient to adjust the correct angle Beware phones with white edge will be difficult to do this The best choice is like mine. All black screen This method is more suitable in phone shooting I try to do this by camera But the effect is like multiple exposure not sky mirror I go out to shoot the night scene for you The night scene is amazing I originally planned to use this as the final trick Using phone to do continuous shooting for model scattering confetti The result is that The model and I keep picking up the confetti We tried many times But the shutter speed of cell phone is not fast enough The confetti in the photos are blurred I search information on the Internet iPhone’s fastest shutter speed should be 1/10000s I guess it is due to the cloudy weather today Not enough sunlight Can’t demonstrate it to you by phone Sigh~ Let me do it by camera That’s all for the sharing today Let’s get disbanded If this video has good feedback I will share color adjustment in phone in the next video If you want to see it, remember to tell me in the comments below Also, subscribe my channel and follow my Instagram See you. Bye Bye
What’s up everybody? Today has been a crazy day. And that’s why you don’t see my face right now because I already filmed one of these videos and things went massively wrong. So. Instead you just get a screen record because I gotta get this out. So today–and rather than what I was going to do I’m going to be teaching you guys how I edit my photos in Lightroom. But what makes this special is that this is a photo I took on my phone. This is not a raw photo. This is not anything of the sort; it is just a phone picture, which I think looks really good. And I’m gonna try to make it look even better. So I just put it into Lightroom and I’m gonna import it and now we see it’s there. So we’re gonna go to Develop and we’re gonna get a first look at this picture. So as you can see, this is a pretty cool picture. I actually took it… I was at Speech and Debate coaching and I saw this little hill, and I thought it looked really cool. If you zoom in right here, you’ll see it’s not the best quality. It’s very grainy, especially when it comes to this bluish kind of background area. You definitely wouldn’t necessarily want to print this photo, but it did look really good on my, My desktop as a background and so what I’m gonna do is, I’m gonna do some touch-ups to this. Because I already did touch-ups before and they looked awesome. So I’m gonna do an even better job. So first off what I like to do is I like to come down the line right here because these are all different selections that you can make that will make your picture better. And you have to decide what you want with this. For my case I want to make the snow less orange because the light above it was casting an orange tone on it. I want to make it white snow. I want to darken the background and we’ll just go from there. So to lighten the snow, make it a little bit whiter, we’re gonna go to the temperature palette. You know, lighten it up until it gets to where we want it. And now the snow is white; problem is the background has gone from a normal blue to a blue blue. I don’t know if I like that. So what I’m gonna do is, I’m actually going to use this graduated filter, and what that’s gonna do is it’s gonna… We’re gonna just do that right there. And as you can see, what it does… is it applies in effect only one side of the filter so as you can see the snow changes color? The background does not. So I’m gonna change the snow until it’s just perfect white. There we go, I like that. I’m actually gonna make it a little bit pink because I like playing with pinks. Let’s see. Makes it pink–ooh! That gives it a cool tone! I would do that in other circumstances, but right now, I’m gonna just do a little teensy bit of pink. And… we’ll just go with that. And then we can play around with this. You know we want to make it look… I think that’s good right there. So then we click on this to get that–get out of that menu. Now what I want to do something with is the background, so I’m gonna do actually the exact opposite. I’m gonna apply this to the background, but what I’m gonna do is actually, I’m going to make the background a, a darker color ’cause I want the–I want the white to stand out, But I want the background to just be kind of dark. So we’re gonna darken the background– I give–I think that gives it a really nice feel. Is that–like it’s dim, but the light from the lamppost is shining on the snow really well. I think that looks really good, so I’m gonna darken that, you know, see, I’m gonna play with the contrast. So the next problem I have is that this is still great. I’m gonna try to make it a lot less grainy by upping the contrast. We’ll play around with shadows. That makes it better, but that makes it way darker Ooh. Ooh. That looks really cool. I’m gonna, I’m gonna make the shadows much more, put it right there. And then so far as–I also always want, whenever there’s any grain, you always want to play with this area. Clarity, De-haze, and Saturation. That’s going to help you a lot to reduce pixelation effects that you get from taking a picture on your phone So what I’m gonna do… Let’s see… Let’s zoom in on this actually. So I’m gonna zoom… Come down here… So as we can see now we can actually get a pretty good idea of what the pixelation looks like. So I’m gonna click on this… Where is it? Where is the effect? Here we go. We’ve got these dots… Yep, that’s the right one. Okay. So… what we’ll do is we’ll play around with this De-haze… So as you can see, it’s actually getting rid of some of the pixelation the more we use it. So we go this way, you can see a ton of it. We go this way… Starts to disappear… You can also up the contrast to reduce the pixelation… Yeah, there we go. That looks a lot better. Bring down the exposure… There we go… And, clarity. And when you have more clarity there’s more pixelation; less clarity it looks a little bit fuzzier. But that’s kind of the effect I want, especially since it’s in the background. It’s okay for it to be blurry, so I’ll put it right about there. Let’s take a look at how that looks. Okay, perfect. I really like how this picture is turning out. I’m going to just adjust… the… filter a tiny bit because it’s a little bit off in terms of how it lines up with the snow you can see like right here. There’s a clear place where the snow is bright right here, but not up here, so I don’t want–I don’t want that. There we go. Bring that down a little bit–there we go. Perfect. I think this look– I think this picture looks really good right now. The one thing I would add though is I see the snow up on top of the house, and I think that we could bring that snow out a little bit. So I’m going to come up here, and we’re gonna go… Yeah, we’re just gonna add like a little bit of exposure difference to it, and this is a painting, almost a painting tool. You just paint over whatever you want to change. So we’re gonna come on over here–scroll, scroll, scroll. Here We go. Okay. So I’m just gonna paint over this like so. Nope, nope let’s try that again. There we go. And I’m holding down “H” in order to just get this–these–a bunch of straight lines. Then I’ll color it in. I got–I was really good at coloring when I was a kid. It’s all paid off. There we go, okay. So now the snow on top of the roof is a bit brighter We’re gonna play with the De-haze to get rid of the pixelation effect. Let’s also play around with the temperature to get rid of the whiteness. Saturation… Turn down the Saturation. There we go, now it looks a lot more white. There we go… Uh, that’s still really pixelated. I’m trying to figure out how can I… fix that. Let’s do… Is there–oh sharpness, here we go. There we go! Yeah, if you play with the sharpness you can also really get rid of blur by just sort of meshing it all together. So, it’s a great idea. Totally. All the time. I’m gonna extend this act–actually, I’m gonna unclick this so that’ll apply to that but then I’m gonna play around–no no no no no no. Not that. I’m going to… Do just… the sharpness filter on the tops of these trees because the top of it is blur– the top of it isn’t blurry, but the rest of it is. Okay, there we go. Let’s zoom out and see how that looks. Okay, I think that looks really good. I’m actually going to do one more thing. I’m going to come back to this, and I’m gonna make it just a little bit less sharp… Kind of blur everything out. If I can. I think it’s doing it? Let’s, uh, take a look. Oh yeah, that’s much better Zoom in–I want to check one more thing. I want to check the post and make sure that it’s not… seriously… Yeah, that’s not too inconsistent. Okay. Let’s take a look at our handiwork. That looks really good. I really like that. Next thing I’m gonna do though: I noticed that there’s a bunch of blue in the shadow. And that in–that throws off the effect that it’s legit white snow, Because you can tell that the darkness has been colored a different color. So I’m actually going to come back to–I’m gonna click the little bottom one because that’s our snow effect. And I’m going to–um… Ah, You know what, I can’t do that. I can’t. You know, what I would do–actually, I can just de-saturate it. There we go! There we go! That is exactly what I needed to do. Perfect. Okay. Final handiwork. Yes. This is a photo that I did take on my phone. I’m gonna just do a little bit tidying up while I’m doing this outro. I did take this photo on my phone, and you too can take phone pictures with your iPhone and touch them up in Lightroom to look as good as this if you so desire. And, um, thank you everyone so much for watching this video. As I said before, I was gonna do a different video, but I ended up doing this on the fly so wasn’t the best video but I do appreciate any likes or subscribes–or subscriptions that come from it, and as always I will see you in the next video. Stay classy!

hey guys this is Morgan for Masphotomi.com and today many show you how to create smart phone wallpaper using up Adobe
Photoshop Cece and the art wars feature of this is fairly easy thing to do so
let’s begin to start we’re going to go up to file click New and then right here
where says document type you want to make sure that our board is selected
then our board size there’s a bunch of different options I’m gonna pick iPhone
six-plus because that’s what I will be working on two day and then once that’s
all selected press OK this new are bored pops up and I’m gonna show you something
really quick over here in the Layers panel which is our part 1 I’m gonna name
that iPhone six-plus alright and that is going to make life easier if you want to
work with multiple files at once all you have to do is click and drag the
are bored tool should already have been selected so now you are bored to you can
change the template for that guy right here over here in the end the size
drop-down so I would have six plus open I’m gonna click iPhone 6 for this one
and I will name that iPhone 6 this makes it so you can work with multiple
different kinds of layouts simultaneously which makes life a lot
easier and I’m going into debt right now but I thought that I would show you you
can even export all your our boards with what library 11 just go to File Export
and you can save every single one of them at the same time so it’s pretty
cool feature but anyways here yo I’m gonna open up the picture that I would
like to use for the wallpaper and I believe I have that right here yes this is a picture I took in the
Upper Peninsula last year so with so we’re still cooking dragged into our our
board and it’s quite a bit bigger than our board so zoom out just a little bit and resizes
good and now looks pretty cool to double-check measure the dimensions are
correct the template I was talking about earlier I’m gonna actually open one of
them I have right here 466 us plus I just made these for you guys and we’re
cooking drag it onto the air board call up my check the opacity to add a little
bit so I can kind of see through it and make sure that nothing is in the way the
app dock on your phone the little square the bottom those with
the four apps that’s gonna kinda high end up going to hide your image a little
bit so to prevent that there’s a lip and made you a little safety temporary here
could you could be able i dont have to make sure that little nothing nothing
that you care about is getting covered up alright sorry guys my computer froze up
for a second but we are back anyways back to what I was saying I made you as
all templates for all the iPhones in am currently working on the Android version
it’s just kind of a little safety net I guess to make sure that nothing is
getting covered up by a tray and bottom of your iPhone or Android might have us
so i click to address the template over this picture you see the opacity they’re
going at a hundred so this blacks battery here that’s rear apt tree is is
located so you can kind of clicking the Avalon and often compared we’re quite
what that person covered up covering up in the document I so now that I see the
tree and everything is going to be right above the after a I think that looks
finds a nice little hill tree in the Milky Way I’ll just click the template
off I’m happy with that and then it’s time to save it to see you just go to
File Export and then you could have our boards to files this file prefix name a
minute call it six plus lost his name of that image was lost at the end of it and
then read here it says include overlapping areas you just want you are
bored content only and I export as JPEG quality I said that to 12 and I click on
the Add include ICC profile right here underneath quality and then you can stop
pick that destination that you would like to say that I just saved to my
desktop free now click OK and then click the Run button that is how you create smart phone
wallpaper in Photoshop Cece
